All Sales Are Final
Once a purchase is made, it is considered final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns except in specific cases outlined below.

Damaged or Incorrect Prints
In the event that your print arrives damaged during shipping, or if we have sent you the wrong print, we will gladly offer a replacement. To request a replacement:

  1. Contact Us Within 7 Days: You must contact us within 7 days of receiving the print.

  2. Provide Evidence: Include clear photos of the damage or incorrect print in your email to thefreedomwild@gmail.com.

  3. Return of Damaged Print: In some instances, we may request that you return the damaged or incorrect print before we ship out a replacement.

Replacement Process
Once we confirm that the print was damaged during shipping or sent incorrectly, we will process the replacement at no additional cost.

Handling and Care
Please note that we do not replace prints that have been damaged by the customer. We strongly suggest using proper gloves when handling and framing your print to avoid any potential damage. Proper care will ensure the longevity of your purchase.

No Warranty
We offer no warranty on the prints beyond the conditions stated in this Returns & Refunds Policy.
