Welcome to The Freedom Wild! By purchasing prints from our website (thefreedomwild.com), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making any purchases.

1. Ownership of Images
All images displayed on the website thefreedomwild.com are the property of The Freedom Wild. These images are protected by copyright laws and are owned exclusively by The Freedom Wild. Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of these images is strictly prohibited.

2. Orders and Payments
All orders placed on the website are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders for reasons such as errors in pricing or product availability.

3. Sales and Refund Policy
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. However, in the event that an item arrives damaged during shipping, you are eligible for a replacement. As of now we only ship to the contiguous United States including Alaska and Hawaii.

4. Damaged Goods
If your print is damaged during shipping, you must contact us at thefreedomwild@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your print to be eligible for a replacement. After this period, we cannot process any claims for damaged items. Please include clear photographs of the damaged print and packaging in your email for faster processing.

In some cases, we may ask you to return the damaged print to us before a replacement is processed. We will provide instructions and cover the cost of return shipping if necessary.

5. Customer Responsibility
The Freedom Wild is not responsible for any damages caused by the customer after receiving the print. We highly recommend that customers use gloves when handling prints and when framing them to prevent any damage caused by oils, dirt, or handling. Improper care or handling of the print may void eligibility for a replacement.

6. Color and Brightness Variations
Please note that images on the website may appear slightly different in color, brightness, or contrast depending on the type of screen or device used to view them. We cannot guarantee that the colors you see on your screen will match the actual print.
